A DIFFERENT WAY!

A DIFFERENT WAY!

Have you ever woken up and said to yourself, “Today is going to be a great day”, yet it turns out to be like every other day? That happens a lot and we are not surprised because it happens to everybody.
To have a great day means you have to get something new and different and to see something new and different means you have to look at things in a different way. Seeing things in a different way brings out a change and a different perspective of appreciation or correction from you, which results to fulfilment and admiration.
Most times the major mistake we make is seeing things the same way we do every day. When we see things the same way, we cannot improve on it, we cannot create an idea, we cannot make any difference until something happens and we look for a solution.
Show of hands, who has some friends in an organisation who, when they got employed into the organisation, had so much energy? They wanted to make a mark and ensured they contributed to the success of the organisation, but few months down the line everything becomes a daily monotonous job to them and the flare they had is all gone and next you find them with the best next thing – complaining about everything in the organisation, then you become irrelevant to ideas.
How we change this depends on us, we have to change ourselves by seeing things in a different way then we begin to not just say or wish for a great day, but to actually have a great day. We have to look at our job in a different way by thinking of ways to improve on it and not remaining in the process. We have to take a step back and look at the process and thinking of ways to improve it and make all the wrong things right. Every complains we make will have its solution, make that decision to seek it, do not complain because those who seek solution move ahead of us and we complain about them which is sick.
A great day starts when you are ready to see things differently, smile when things go wrong and not complain because complaining will not change the issue. Creativity and innovation make us relevant because we brought something different to a situation and added value because we have thought about the problem and sought for solutions. People will see us differently when we think positive when everybody else continues to be king in the pessimistic city.
